Da Hukilau was proud to help the Hawaiian Chip Company at recent event showcasing the bounty of foods being grown, made and created in Hawai’i. Headlining the event were chefs Roy Yamaguchi, Alan Wong and DK Kodama as well as Dean Okimoto, who as a farmer of high quality locally grown produce helped revolutionize Island cuisine. Hukilau will be introducing a late night happy hour, starting this Thursday. We will have the happy hours on Thursday, Friday, and Saturdays from 10pm-1am. The draft beers will be $2 a piece with Guinness $3, and house drinks $3 per. Come join us!
