Cooking with Da Hukilau

Da Hukilau was proud to help the Hawaiian Chip Company at recent event showcasing the bounty of foods being grown, made and created in Hawai’i. Headlining the event were chefs Roy Yamaguchi, Alan Wong and DK Kodama as well as Dean Okimoto, who as a farmer of high quality locally grown produce helped revolutionize Island cuisine. Da Hukilau was fortunate to have Da Kitchen from Maui present to help with the preparation of some Hukilau specials featuring the Kilauea Fire BBQ Sauce and the hand-cut taro and Maui sweet potato chips from the Hawaiian Chip Company.
